Exchange & Return Policy
All sales are FINAL. We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind for any of our products including but not limited to: hats, shirts, shorts, sweatshirts, and accessories.
Defective / Wrong Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, defective or wrong items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. To submit a claim please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com with your original order number and any supporting photos of the wrong or defective item(s).
Stolen / Lost Packages
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For any lost or stolen packages, please contact your shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
Most orders take 7-10 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to process. This DOES NOT include shipping. We cannot control how quickly USPS delivers your package so please expect shipping delays during the holidays. Please refer to the standard shipping timelines below:
- USPS First Class: 5-7 days.
- USPS Priority Mail: 3 -5 days.
- DHL Worldwide Express: 7 - 10 days
