Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Please allow 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed before it ships. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we do our best to get your package out as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times and are not responsible for shipping delays, especially during holidays, peak seasons, or weather-related disruptions.

Preorder Items

Preorder items are made after your order is placed and therefore require additional production time. Please allow 6–8 weeks for preorder items to be produced and processed before they ship.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your entire order will ship together once the preorder item is ready unless otherwise stated. If you would like your in-stock items shipped separately, you may need to place separate orders or contact us before placing your order.

Estimated Domestic Shipping Times

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 13 business days.
  • USPS First Class: 1–5 business days.
  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days. 
  • DHL Worldwide Express: 7–10 days 

Estimated ternational Shipping Times

  • DHL Worldwide Express: 7–10 business days*

*International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, import regulations, import duties, or other factors beyond our control.

Please note: The shipping estimates listed above refer to carrier transit times only and do not include order processing or preorder production times.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: 
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, and Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. 

Please allow 7-14 business days for standard international shipping.

Stolen / Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For any lost or stolen packages, please contact your shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
